Classes Overview

We offer a structured training program designed to correct muscle imbalances and improve posture, balance, and energy levels. Whether you’re recovering from a fall

or looking to prevent one, RG Fitness is here to help.

Our program focuses on gravity control, gait improvement, multi-sensory training, and strength and flexibility to reduce fall risk and increase confidence. We provide in-home personal training using the CPI method and customize each program for injuries, illnesses, or pre-existing conditions.

Seniors benefit from improved balance, core strength, posture, and mobility, helping them stay independent and perform daily activities with greater ease.
